Order designating the Minister of Health, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act in respect of physical activity and designating the Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act in respect of sport

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 2 of the Physical Activity and Sport Act footnote a,
- (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2017-1110 of August 28, 2017 footnote b and Order in Council P.C. 2018-42 of January 29, 2018 footnote c;
- (b) designates the Minister of Health, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act in respect of physical activity; and
- (c) designates the Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act in respect of sport.
