Havre Boucher Seafoods Inc. hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigation Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under paragraph 5(6)(b) of the said Act, Havre Boucher Seafoods Inc. has deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the regional office of the land registration office, at 144 Robert Angus Drive, Amherst, Nova Scotia, under deposit No. 112254595, a description of the site and plans for the introduction of off-bottom/floating aquaculture gear to oyster lease 1387, located within the northeast corner of Havre Boucher Harbour, 600 m directly across from the public wharf, at 45°1′25.388″ N and 61°31′2.008″ W.
Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Regional Manager, Navigation Protection Program, Transport Canada, 95 Foundry Street, P.O. Box 42, Moncton, New Brunswick E1C 8K6. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

RELEASE OF ASSETS
Pursuant to section 599 of the Bank Act (Canada) [the "Act"
], notice is hereby given that MUFG Union Bank, National Association, which is permitted to carry on business in Canada under the name Union Bank, Canada Branch, intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada), on or after May 14, 2018, for an order authorizing the release of the assets that it maintains in Canada in accordance with the Act.
