Notice is hereby given that the AXA Insurance Company, an entity incorporated in New York, United States of America, which principally carries on business in the continental United States, intends to file, under section 574 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada), with the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, on or after September 15, 2014, an application for an order approving the insuring in Canada of risks, under the English name AXA Insurance Company and the French name AXA Assurances, within the class of property insurance. APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A FOREIGN BANK BRANCH

Notice is hereby given pursuant to subsection 525(2) of the Bank Act that The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., a foreign bank with its head office in Tokyo, Japan, that is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc., intends to apply to the Minister of Finance of Canada for an order permitting it to establish a branch in Canada to carry on the business of banking. The branch will carry on business under the name The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., and its principal office will be located in Toronto, Ontario.

Any person who objects to the proposed order may submit an objection in writing to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2 on or before November 3, 2014.

The publication of this notice must not be construed as evidence that an order will be issued to establish the foreign bank branch. The granting of the order will be dependent upon the normal Bank Act application review process and the discretion of the Minister of Finance.

Briar Joe Bernard hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigation Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under paragraph 5(6)(b) of the said Act, Briar Joe Bernard has deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Prince County, at Summerside, Prince Edward Island, under deposit No. BOT-4315L, a description of the site and plans for an oyster lease for the off-bottom culture of oysters in Lennox Channel, in front of Burleigh Road, from Burleigh Road to Lennox Island, at East Bideford, Prince County, Prince Edward Island.
