PROPOSED REGULATORY TEXT

Notice is given that the Governor in Council, pursuant to subsection 11(1) of the Department of Health Act (see footnote a), proposes to make the annexed Regulations Repealing the Human Pathogens Importation Regulations.

Interested persons may make representations concerning the proposed Regulations within 75 days after the date of publication of this notice. REGULATIONS REPEALING THE HUMAN PATHOGENS IMPORTATION REGULATIONS

REPEAL

1. The Human Pathogens Importation Regulations (see footnote 1) are repealed.

COMING INTO FORCE

2. These Regulations come into force on December 1, 2015.
