ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT

Order Amending the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3.2(2) (see footnote a) of the Access to Information Act (see footnote b), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT HEADS OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS DESIGNATION ORDER

1. Item 104 of the schedule to the Access to Information Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order (see footnote 1) is repealed.

2. The schedule to the Order is amended by adding the following in numerical order:
