Order Transferring from the Canadian International Development Agency to the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade the Control and Supervision of the Industrial Cooperation Program Directorate

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) (see footnote a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act (see footnote b), hereby transfers from the Canadian International Development Agency to the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade the control and supervision of the portion of the federal public administration in the Canadian International Development Agency known as the Industrial Cooperation Program Directorate, effective January 4, 2010.
