Order Amending Part III of Schedule VI to the Financial Administration Act and Amending the Order Amending Part III of Schedule VI to the Financial Administration Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraphs 3(10)(b) (see footnote a) and (f) (see footnote b) of the Financial Administration Act (see footnote c), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending Part III of Schedule VI to the Financial Administration Act and Amending the Order Amending Part III of Schedule VI to the Financial Administration Act.

ORDER AMENDING PART III OF SCHEDULE VI TO THE FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT AND AMENDING THE ORDER AMENDING PART III OF SCHEDULE VI TO THE FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT

1. Part III of Schedule VI to the Financial Administration Act (see footnote 1) is amended by deleting the following:

Column I Department	Column II Accounting Officer
Indian Residential Schools Truth and Reconciliation Commission Secretariat Secrétariat de la Commission de vérité et de réconciliation relative aux pensionnats indiens	Executive Director

2. Part III of Schedule VI to the Act is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:

Column I Department	Column II Accounting Officer
Indian Residential Schools Truth and Reconciliation Commission Commission de vérité et de réconciliation relative aux pensionnats indiens	Chairperson

3. Part III of Schedule VI to the Act is amended by deleting the following:

Column I Department	Column II Accounting Officer
Indian Residential Schools Truth and Reconciliation Commission Commission de vérité et de réconciliation relative aux pensionnats indiens	Chairperson

ORDER AMENDING PART III OF SCHEDULE VI TO THE FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT

4. (1) Section 2 of the Order Amending Part III of Schedule VI to the Financial Administration Act (see footnote 2) is repealed.

(2) Subsection 3(2) of the Order is repealed.

COMING INTO FORCE

5. (1) Sections 1, 2 and 4 come into force on July 1, 2009.

(2) Section 3 comes into force on July 1, 2014.
