Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 29(e) (see footnote a) of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act (see footnote b), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act Deputy Heads of the Public Service of Canada Order and Amending the Order Amending the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act Deputy Heads of the Public Service of Canada Order.
ORDER AMENDING THE CANADIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE SERVICE ACT DEPUTY HEADS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF CANADA ORDER AND AMENDING THE ORDER AMENDING THE CANADIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE SERVICE ACT DEPUTY HEADS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF CANADA ORDER
CANADIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE SERVICE ACT DEPUTY HEADS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF CANADA ORDER
1. The schedule to the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act Deputy Heads of the Public Service of Canada Order (see footnote 1) is amended by adding the following in numerical order:

2. Item 55.1 of the schedule to the Order is repealed.
3. Item 111.1 of the schedule to the Order is repealed.
ORDER AMENDING THE CANADIAN SECURITY INTELLIGENCE SERVICE ACT DEPUTY HEADS OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF CANADA ORDER
4. (1) Section 2 of the Order Amending the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act Deputy Heads of the Public Service of Canada Order (see footnote 2) is repealed.
(2) Subsection 3(2) of the Order is repealed.
COMING INTO FORCE
5. (1) Sections 1, 3 and 4 come into force on July 1, 2009.
(2) Section 2 comes into force on July 1, 2014.
