FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT

Order Designating the Chairperson of the Indian Residential Schools Truth and Reconciliation Commission as Deputy Head

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 11(2)(a) (see footnote a) of the Financial Administration Act (see footnote b), hereby

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2008-798 of April 25, 2008 (see footnote c), effective July 1, 2009;

(b) designates the Chairperson of the Indian Residential Schools Truth and Reconciliation Commission as deputy head in respect of that Commission, effective July 1, 2009; and

(c) repeals paragraph (b), effective July 1, 2014.
