Regulations Amending the Designated Provisions Regulations

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, pursuant to subsection 7.6(1) (see footnote a) of the Aeronautics Act (see footnote b), hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Designated Provisions Regulations.

REGULATIONS AMENDING THE DESIGNATED PROVISIONS REGULATIONS

AMENDMENT

1. The Designated Provisions Regulations (see footnote 1) are amended by adding, after Schedule 2, the Schedule 3 set out in the schedule to these Regulations.

COMING INTO FORCE

2. These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
