Under section 9 of the said Act, Stantec Consulting Ltd. has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Queens County, at 11 Kent Street, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, under deposit No. 35350, a description of the site and plans for the construction of a wharf in North Rustico Harbour, Queens County, Prince Edward Island, at 350 Harbourview Drive, on PID 624726.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1013, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y 4K2. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of this notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
