Under section 9 of the said Act, NaiKun Wind Development Inc. has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of Service BC at Prince Rupert, British Columbia, under deposit No. 1000002 and at Queen Charlotte City, British Columbia, under deposit No. 1000012, a description of the site and plans for an offshore wind farm in Hecate Strait and transmission lines to Haida Gwaii and Port Edward.
