Under section 9 of the said Act, Emergency Management BC has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of New Westminster, at 45467 Yale Road W, Suite 1, Chilliwack, British Columbia V2R 3Z8, under deposit No. 1000072, a description of the site and plans for the construction of a temporary bridge structure to Gill Bar in the Fraser River and a temporary access ramp with culverts over the Greyell Slough, near Chilliwack, British Columbia.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 800 Burrard Street, Suite 620, Vancouver, British Columbia V6Z 2J8.
