Under section 9 of the said Act, Alberta Transportation has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Northern Alberta, at Edmonton, under deposit No. 082-6120, a description of the site and plans of the modification of the existing outlet control structure on Driedmeat Lake, at SE 17-44-19-W4M.

Comments may be directed to the Regional Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 9700 Jasper Avenue, Suite 1100, Edmonton, Alberta T5J 4E6. Under section 9 of the said Act, the Department of Transport, Programs Branch, has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar at the Prince County Registry of Deeds, at Summerside, Prince Edward Island, a description of the site and plans of the following works within the Proclaimed Public Harbour of Summerside, Prince Edward Island:

  • under deposit No. 33883, the Queen’s Wharf, including a retaining wall and boat slipway, at the foot of Queen Street, in close proximity to Seafood Supreme Fishplant;
  • under deposit No. 33882, the Holman’s Wharf, a steel sheet pile pier structure located adjacent to Harbour Drive, between the above structure and the Marine Terminal Wharf; and
  • under deposit No. 33881, the Indian Spit Breakwater, a 900-m rock structure protecting the entrance of the harbour, at the end of Provincial Highway No. 11.
