The plan of the structure bears number PO-06-12724. The culvert is located in an undivided part of the township of Laflèche, land district of Saguenay. The bridge is located at 10 535 m northeast of the intersection of Route 389. On the right bank, the downstream and upstream corners of the culvert are located respectively at coordinates Y: 5461302.9214, X: 260886.2857 and Y: 5461293.4211, X: 260895.7300. On the left bank, the downstream and upstream corners of the culvert are located respectively at coordinates Y: 5461299.6784, X: 260883.0233 and Y: 5461290.1780, X: 260892.4677. These coordinates are calculated according to the system MTM SCOPQ (NAD83) spindle No. 6.
