The first shore and deepwater lot is bordered to the northeast and northwest by shore and deepwater lot hereafter described, to the northeast and southeast by the residue of the St. Lawrence Gulf’s bed, to the southwest, south and west by the residue of the said non-subdivided Lot 150, and contains an area of 2 677.86 m². The second shore and deepwater lot is bordered to the northeast and northwest by the residue of Lot 150, northeast and southeast by the residue of the St. Lawrence Gulf’s bed, in the south, southwest and west by shore and deepwater lot described above, and containing an area of 3 124.23 m².
