Under section 9 of the said Act, the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Small Craft Harbours Branch, has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, in Québec, Quebec, and in the Land Registry Office of Sept-Îles (Québec), under deposit No. 15 230 721, a description of the site and plans of the fishing harbour of Rivière-au-Tonnerre, located in part on a lot of land being a portion of Lot 150 of the official cadastre of the municipality of Rivière-au-Tonnerre, district of Sept-Îles, and on two shore and deepwater lots being part of the bed of the Gulf of St. Lawrence in front of non-subdivided Lot 150. The lot is bordered to the east, the northeast, the north and northeast again by the Gulf of St. Lawrence, and toward all other sides by the residue of the said Lot 150, and contains an area of 2 873.27 m2. The first shore and deepwater lot is bordered to the northeast and northwest by shore and deepwater lot hereafter described, to the northeast and southeast by the residue of the St. Lawrence Gulf’s bed, to the southwest, south and west by the residue of the said non-subdivided Lot 150, and contains an area of 2 677.86 m2. The second shore and deepwater lot is bordered to the northeast and northwest by the residue of Lot 150, northeast and southeast by the residue of the St. Lawrence Gulf’s bed, in the south, southwest and west by shore and deepwater lot described above, and containing an area of 3 124.23 m2.
