PROPOSED REGULATORY TEXT

Notice is hereby given that the Governor in Council, pursuant to subsection 7.6(1) (see footnote a) of the Aeronautics Act (see footnote b), proposes to make the annexed Regulations Amending the Designated Provisions Regulations.

Interested persons may make representations to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities concerning the proposed Regulations within 30 days after the date of publication of this notice. REGULATIONS AMENDING THE DESIGNATED
PROVISIONS REGULATIONS

AMENDMENT

1. The Designated Provisions Regulations (see footnote 1) are amended by adding, after Schedule 2, the Schedule 3 set out in the schedule to these Regulations.

COMING INTO FORCE

2. These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
