Under section 9 of the said Act, the Department of Transportation and Works of Newfoundland and Labrador has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the Registrar of Deeds and Companies of Newfoundland and Labrador, at St. John’s, a description of the site and plans of the proposed new road realignment and a new 46-m single-span prestressed concrete girder bridge (located approximately 31 m downstream) over Flat Bay Brook to replace the existing three-span concrete girder bridge, located on the Trans-Canada Highway, at kilometre 772.66, in the provincial electoral district of St. George’s—Stephenville East, in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The aforementioned plans shall also be made available for public viewing at the Town Council Office, Stephenville, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Construction will take place in Pool’s Cove Harbour, at Pool’s Cove, Fortune Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, adjacent to lot number 105 on Harbour Drive.
