Comments may be directed to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 100 Front Street S, Sarnia, Ontario N7T 2M4. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing, are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of this notice and are related to the effects of this work on marine navigation. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

West Fraser Mills Ltd. hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, West Fraser Mills Ltd. has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and with the office of the Government Agent at Chetwynd, British Columbia, under deposit No. 11000005, a description of the site and plans for the replacement of the existing bridge over the Moberly River, at 19.8 km of the Moberly Forest Service Road, in front of Lot DL2312, from UTM 10: 558011E 6184046N to UTM 10: 557985E 6184067N.
