April 9, 2010
Dear Sir or Madam:
With the new fiscal year quickly approaching, the Canada Gazette Directorate would like to re-affirm its commitments to you as well as advise you of new and updated initiatives.
Service standards
The Canada Gazette Directorate continues to be committed to
Common Look and Feel (CLF) 2.0
The Canada Gazette Directorate progresses toward completing the transition to its CLF 2.0 compliant Web site which will facilitate Web site navigation, information sharing and ensure equal access to all Canadians.
Request for Insertion Form
Based on your comments and feedback, we have updated the PDF version of the Request for Insertion Form so that it may better serve your needs. To comply with the new CLF 2.0 standards, an HTML version has also been created. However, as we plan to create an even more robust HTML version which will become available later in the new fiscal year, it would be appreciated if you could continue to use the PDF version for the time being.
Submission of notices
At this time, we would also like to remind you about the procedures for submitting notices. Specifically:
Client satisfaction survey
The Canada Gazette Directorate, in collaboration with a public opinion research firm, hopes once again to conduct a client satisfaction survey in order to assess your overall satisfaction with the Canada Gazette Web site as well as with the services provided to you. Stay tuned during the upcoming months for further details!
Finally, we would like to thank you, our valued clients, for your continued support. As always, we welcome your comments and suggestions so that we may continue to provide you with the highest quality of service possible.
Sincerely,
Lyne Tassé, Director
Canada Gazette Directorate
