Notice to all clients in Government of Canada departments and agencies

Dear Sir/Madam:

During the next few months, there will be a number of statutory holidays. In order for us to provide you with the highest quality of service during this period, please ensure that you respect the special deadline for each holiday. It is therefore important that you consult the 2008-2009 deadline schedule on the Canada Gazette Web site for the exact publication date and deadline to submit a notice.

Should you have to publish a notice that has more than six pages, please make special arrangements well in advance of the publication date with Josée Boisvert, Manager, Editing Services, at 613-943-5261. Failure to meet these deadlines could delay the publication of your notice.
