Order Amending the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition "head" in section 3 of the Privacy Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE PRIVACY ACT HEADS OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS DESIGNATION ORDER

AMENDMENT

1. The schedule to the Privacy Act Heads of Government Institutions Designation Order (see footnote 1) is amended by adding the following in numerical order:
