Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development to the Department of Citizenship and Immigration the control and supervision of the portion of the public service in the Department of Human Resources and Skills Development known as the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Initiative Secretariat.
