PUBLIC SERVICE REARRANGEMENT AND TRANSFER OF DUTIES ACT

Order Transferring to the Canada Border Services Agency the Control and Supervision of Certain Portions in the Department of Citizenship and Immigration

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers to the Canada Border Services Agency the control and supervision of the following portions of the public service in the Department of Citizenship and Immigration, namely

(a) the Ports and Border Management Directorate within the Admissibility Branch; and

(b) those portions located within Canada that are responsible for carrying out port of entry functions, including marine security.
