Direction Amending the Direction Applying the Auditor General Act Sustainable Development Strategy Requirements to Certain Departments

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 24(3) (see footnote a) of the Auditor General Act, hereby makes the annexed Direction Amending the Direction Applying the Auditor General Act Sustainable Development Strategy Requirements to Certain Departments.

APPLYING THE AUDITOR GENERAL ACT
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
STRATEGY REQUIREMENTS TO
CERTAIN DEPARTMENTS

AMENDMENT

1. The schedule to the Direction Applying the Auditor General Act Sustainable Development Strategy Requirements to Certain Departments (see footnote 1) is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:

Public Health Agency of Canada
Agence de la santé publique du Canada

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Direction comes into force on September 24, 2004.
