Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby designates the Minister of Transport as the Minister responsible for matters relating to the activities of the federal government with respect to the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Initiative, which designation includes the power to enter into transfer payment agreements and contracts for the acquisition of services.
