Order Amending the Non-Canadian Ships Safety Order (Miscellaneous Program)

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 420(1) of the Canada Shipping Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Non-Canadian Ships Safety Order (Miscellaneous Program).

ORDER AMENDING THE NON-CANADIAN SHIPS SAFETY ORDER (MISCELLANEOUS PROGRAM)

1. Sections 3 and 4 of the Non-Canadian Ships Safety Order (see footnote 1)  are replaced by the following:

3. Part V of the Act and any regulations made under that Part apply to every ship described in section 2.
