Order Fixing June 15, 2001 as the Date of the Coming into Force of Certain Sections of the Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State and Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, pursuant to section 31 of An Act to amend the Parliament of Canada Act, the Members of Parliament Retiring Allowances Act and the Salaries Act, assented to on June 14, 2001, being chapter 20 of the Statutes of Canada, 2001, hereby fixes June 15, 2001 as the day on which sections 13 and 30 of that Act come into force.

This Order fixes June 15, 2001 as the day on which sections 13 and 30 of An Act to amend the Parliament of Canada Act, the Members of Parliament Retiring Allowances Act and the Salaries Act, assented to on June 14, 2001, being chapter 20 of the Statutes of Canada, 2001, come into force.
