Under section 9 of the said Act, Brent Graham has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the Government Agent at Williams Lake, British Columbia, under deposit No. 1000015, a description of the site and plans of the water-skiing slalom course in Williams Lake, on the south side of Williams Lake, close to the CN rail line.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 800 Burrard Street, Suite 620, Vancouver, British Columbia V6Z 2J8. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of this notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

Under section 9 of the said Act, the Ministry of Transportation of British Columbia has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, at Vancouver, British Columbia, and in the office of the Government Agent at 1123 Second Street W, Revelstoke, British Columbia, under drawing No. 2267-NAV, on July 30, 2007 (Government Agent deposit No. 21), a description of the site and plans of the Illecillawaet River Bridge carrying Airport Way over the Illecillawaet River, in Revelstoke. The bridge provides a navigation channel of 3.3 m above the 100-year flood level, with a channel width of 33 m.
