Deregistration of a registered electoral district association
As a result of the failure to fulfill its financial reporting obligations under section 403.35 of the Canada Elections Act and in accordance with section 403.19 and subsection 403.21(4) of the Act, the "Skeena Green Party EDA" association is deregistered, effective on March 10, 2006.
