Eligibility for Registration of a Political Party

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of section 369 of the Canada Elections Act, I have informed the leader of the political party "Absolutely Absurd Party," to be shown as "Absolutely Absurd" on election documents, that the party is eligible for registration under section 368 of the Act. The eligible party may become a registered party, pursuant to section 370 of the Act, if it has candidates whose nomination has been confirmed in 50 electoral districts at the next general election.
